Steps away from this building is the magnificent gorge where top-notch instructors will help you rappel down 60ft into the gorge. After your adrenaline inducing adventure, enjoy dining along the riverbed ensconced by lights and entertained by historical figures. The menu is uniquely local featuring smoked local fish, chicken roulades, fresh seasonal veggies and salad, Elora bread, Elora pasta (made in front of you by Chef Denis), and finishing with organic lavender and dandelion ice cream topped with local chocolate while being serenaded by famous local cellist, Christopher Sharpe.
